fresh flowers homemade biscuits waiter issue staffing issue

I found the room to be immaculate. The staff provided fresh flowers and daily homemade biscuits, which I thought was a lovely touch. Breakfast included plentiful choices. The croissants from their own bakery were particularly good.

I had to wait a bit before a waiter came to our table. My order was placed simultaneously with my drinks. Our water and wine were not served when we had our starters. There seemed to be a staffing issue.
