Check-in was efficient. The front desk processed my request quickly. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, so i slept well. The location was near the football stadium. This was convenient for attending the match. I was able to walk to nearby food places. Several options exist close to the hotel.

the staff were helpful i received a welcome glass of prosecco it was a lovely birthday touch the room upgrade was unexpected i felt warmly greeted the location was convenient for exploring nearby areas it made travel easy i liked being close to attractions the facilities were clean and modern i had all i needed
the pillows were small i noticed a lack of a fan in the room it became warm easily

i appreciated how friendly all the staff were. The room i got was quite large. I thought the breakfast was a bonus. The location IS good for going to different places.
the free car park situation. is actually just street parking, so that was a small downside.
