“I found this hotel a mixed bag. While the staff impressed me with their friendliness and attentiveness, and I appreciated the well-decorated rooms, the potential for noise from a nearby nightclub raises a concern, despite the provided earplugs. I believe the central location and the breakfast quality are definite advantages.”

House Bedrooms Dublin is a cute and quirky hotel in a nice Georgian building with modern touches, conveniently located near St Stephen's Green and with an Aircoach stop practically outside. Guests often compliment the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and the stylish decor. Many appreciate the stunning restaurant and terrace, particularly on sunny days, and the good breakfast; however, some guests have found the room rates a little high considering it's not right in the city center.

the restaurant provided excellent service, a detail i noted favorably.
the noise from the nightclub downstairs was excessive, it continued until the early hours, and adequate sleep became difficult, this situation must be addressed.

helpful staff kind lady loud music hotel noise
The staff seemed very helpful. we were assisted with our luggage to the room. the restaurant had a kind lady who seemed to enjoy her job a lot. I appreciate that.
The hotel was quite loud, both inside and outside. i could hear every footstep outside the room. there was a nightclub nearby with loud music. I even found earplugs on both sides of the bed.

friendly staff complimentary coffee hallway carpet uncomfortable bed
the staff were really lovely. every person i interacted with from check in to leaving were friendly and professional. the room was spacious and very clean. i enjoyed the complimentary coffee that was available in the room!!!
I didn't like the carpet on the hallways. It smelled funny. also, the bed was a "fake" king bed. it was two mattresses put together, and because i'm tall, i got stuck in the middle of them. it was uncomfortable to sleep in.
