Excellent Stay Near the Canals
central location spacious rooms
The hotel location is central with bars and restaurants nearby. Spacious rooms offered comfort for a short city stay. I found convenient access to various dining options. The hotel's proximity to the canals offers a great experience.
I noticed a lack of mirrors near the dressing table in the room. This made doing makeup and hair less convenient. I hope the hotel considers adding this amenity to enhance guest experiences.

A romantic canal-side escape
great location comfortable rooms helpful staff fantastic barman
I was delighted with the fridge available in the room, perfect for storing snacks. The staff members were helpful, especially George, the fantastic barman, he prepared wonderful cocktails. The location is great. It is near restaurants and shops. The rooms were also comfortable.
The room was a little too warm, and the air conditioning turned off after a few minutes.

The team delivered amazing service, especially komal at the bar who was super friendly and helped us with a deliveroo. Ali and Nisha were cute. They are a credit.

adequate, but some issues persist
glass panel missing mirror
the bathroom door had a glass panel. this meant the bedroom lit up whenever someone used the bathroom at night, pretty annoying (didn't someone think this through?). also, there wasn't a mirror near the desk. it's a small thing, but doing makeup became a real hassle.
