some issues encountered

broken lampscracked sink
the room had some issues. the door was difficult to close properly, looking like it had been previously damaged. also, two bedside lamps were broken. this made reading at night hard as the room was dark. the bathroom was the worst part. it looked like there was a flood. the splash guard was broken causing water to run. the sink also had several cracks. i asked for toilet rolls at reception, they said theyd bring some, but i only received it the next morning.

The accessibility of the bathroom require improvement. A slanted doorway is present. a one-inch step is present at the shower floor. This design makes wheelchair access unsafe. I noticed a smell of weed in the corridor and bathroom.
