Excellent stay!

friendly staff nice temperature night light good breakfast choice
I really liked the friendly staff, so helpful. The bedroom was kept at a nice temperature and clean, super comfy. I also liked the night light in the bathroom, that was such a good idea. The breakfast had a very good choice, including cereal, yoghurt, fruit, a Full English, tea, coffee, and orange juice, all perfect.
The dog fee felt a bit too high. A lower cost seems fairer to me.

The breakfast had a good variety, including fresh meat. It made it a very good value, and it was a life saver later in the day. It was nice to have that option available.

The bar area was MORE than ample for both breakfast and evening relaxation. My room included decent heating. an iron and ironing board. There was a good selection of TV channels, and the Wi-Fi connection worked well.
The Vodafone signal was non-existent. Inside the building, I struggled with reception.

watered down juice missing item
the location was acceptable, though the parking was free.
the breakfast was a joke. several items disappeared well before the stated closing time of 11:00 am. the juice tasted watered down. the condiments clearly suffered the same fate. i expect better for the price.

security concern fire alarm
Someone entered my room early one morning using a keycard. They quickly shut the door after realizing the room was occupied. This raised security concerns since I was asleep. The fire alarm then went off at 10 am.
