Fantastic Stay Near the O2

I found the hotel very clean and modern. I especially liked the bathroom and shower stall. They were super clean and spacious. I also liked the availability of a safe and hangers.

The air conditioning did not work one night, so I had to open the windows. This resulted in some traffic noise from the nearby A2, not ideal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One employee came immediately when I couldn't work the heating. Chathu on reception was especially friendly and helpful (she is a star!).

The hotel is at a good distance from the O2 arena. There is a bus stop just around the corner that goes to the venue. The tube station is right by the O2 as well.

The staff checked me in early, a definite bonus. the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. i found the location quite convenient (close to the o2, you know). i especially liked the very clean room and comfy bed. I slept really well.

i noticed some slight wear on the carpets in the hallway.

I found a few things lacking. Our bathroom didn't have shower gel. It also lacked conditioner, or even hand soap! The shower door didn't close properly either. Water leaked out everywhere. I also think some updates are needed. Stains covered the walls and the vinyl flooring peeled up every time I took a step.

The staff were super friendly and helpful ! I found the free refreshments in the lobby a lovely touch, especially since it was a warm day. My Premium Room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Air conditioning worked very well!

The bus stop outside was shut down. This made getting to the O2 with luggage more difficult. I wish this information had been available in advance.
