convenient location easy walk friendly staff

the location IS convenient near the A50 and A38. A filling station and restaurant are within easy walking distance. The room was basic but clean. Staff members were friendly .

i found that there were hardly ANY channels available on the tv. it was quite limiting for entertainment in the room.

The location is convenient, with parking available. The room included air conditioning. The shower provided powerful hot water. The reception and housekeeping staff members were helpful.

The room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. The hand basin was in the bedroom, not the bathroom. This arrangement was not ideal.

The room was quite underwhelming. i found only one pillow on the bed. Who sleeps with just one pillow? the provided towel also had a noticeable unpleasant odor. plus there was no hand towel available

the room was very clean (that's always a big plus). the reception staff was cute with a smile, and check-in was easy.

i found the beds quite hard, difficult to sleep well. we had to make the child's bed ourselves, and that was unexpected.

i found the staff really friendly and helpful . the hotel itself was very clean and the breakfast stood out, especially considering it is a budget option. i'd definitely book here again and tell others about it too.

the hotel is close to various styles of restaurants. the room has exactly what i needed, a bed, a shower and heating. complimentary tea and coffee are available from the reception area throughout the day.
