Fantastic Stay in the City Center

helpful staff clean apartment perfect air conditioning

The staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions and local information. My studio apartment was clean and well-kept. I felt right at home immediately. The air conditioning worked PERFECTLY, it kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

I found the lighting in the bathroom to be quite dim. It made applying makeup and other grooming tasks a little difficult.

A great selection of food was available for breakfast. Everything was very fresh and tasty! The restaurant offered freshly cooked meals. They tasted delicious

The studio had great kitchenette facilities with lots of space. Cleaning equipment was provided, SO I could keep the room tidy. There was a modern feel throughout the hotel.

the room had a kitchen area including a refrigerator. the provided breakfast addressed my dietary needs by adapting to be gluten-free. the staff was very friendly, and they were helpful.

i found the signage confusing, making it difficult to navigate to my room.

broken knob soap dispensers

the staff was friendly i guess they did their job.

the air conditioning unit didn't seem functional the light dimmer knob was also broken it was inconvenient i had to get out of bed to turn off the lights at the door plus the bathroom had no soap dispensers a small bar was provided what a joke.
