i found the staff very helpful and accommodating. the on-site restaurant offered reasonably priced meals. i was pleased with the clean room and the service i received .

i encountered noise from other guests passing by my ground floor room late into the evening. i reported the issue to reception the following morning.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Asma went the extra mile to assist me (I really needed help with my luggage). She even helped with an ironing board. Vegan food options were available. I appreciated that.

The corridor carpets seemed quite worn. They were badly stained (I wish they replaced them soon). I also noticed the corridor floor squeaked a lot. It sounded like it would disturb anyone trying to sleep.
