The owner took my case and showed me my room, even upon my arrival back at 10pm the first night. the room was fantastic. It was huge and comfortable with wonderful views. it also had a massive bathroom with excellent edwardian facilities. there was quality tea, coffee, and biscuits without any stinting.

faulty fanbroken shower screen
The hotel informed me just four days before my visit that they now offered only rooms. It was too late to find another place. The shower screen lacked a seal so water easily ran onto the bathroom floor. Also the bathroom extractor fan did not work.
