excellent place

huge room comfortable room edwardian facilities

The owner took my case and showed me my room, even upon my arrival back at 10pm the first night. the room was fantastic. It was huge and comfortable with wonderful views. it also had a massive bathroom with excellent edwardian facilities. there was quality tea, coffee, and biscuits without any stinting.

The staff offered really good friendliness. The reception staff gave me a tour. That was a nice touch. I enjoyed a good range of choices on the dinner menu. The cooked-to-order hot breakfast with a continental option appealed to me.

mixed feelings after my stay

broken fan shower screen

i was a bit let down . the bathroom, it had some problems. the shower screen lacked a seal, so water got everywhere. also, the extractor fan in the bathroom, it wasn't working. it.

i found the super nice team . they gave us information relevant to our trip. i loved the full english breakfast. also, there was a great choice of continental breakfast.

i found a leak over the bed. it was like a waterfall. the hotel could be better with an update.

faulty fan broken shower screen

The hotel informed me just four days before my visit that they now offered only rooms. It was too late to find another place. The shower screen lacked a seal so water easily ran onto the bathroom floor. Also the bathroom extractor fan did not work.
