efficient automated check-in!

simple step extra fan

The automated check-in impressed me. It was one of the most efficient i've seen.. a few simple steps allowed me to enter my room quickly. staff provided an extra fan, helpful for my stay.

the room door didn't seem very secure, which caused some concern. i felt as though anyone could enter the building easily.

clean room functional room good communication

the room was clean and quite functional (just what i needed). the hotel's location is convenient, only five minutes from the train station. hosts communicated well, providing access details the day before my arrival. they also arranged parking for me, which i appreciated.

my room was very small, almost just big enough for the bed and a small dresser. this. i could also hear a lot of street noise.

great location clear instructions

The location proved GREAT. It was very close to the train station and bus stops. Staff provided clear instructions for accessing my room, including all necessary passwords before i arrived..

One pillowcase had a small stain. The pillows themselves felt soft and lumpy to me.

the room had a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. towels and toiletries were also available. the location proved quiet and the entry area was clean.

the shower's temperature was inconsistent.
