The room looked worn. Its condition detracted from the stay. the walls showed signs of neglect and needed attention. additionally, the elevator operated slowly. Reaching my floor required multiple button presses. the doors did not open reliably, which added to the inconvenience

the receptionist was very caring and professional. i felt the all-around experience was first class. the room was warm and clean (i really appreciated this). the shower was accessible, good for me.

i noticed there were no air con or fans in the room. the room was too warm, difficult to sleep. signage indicated the cafe was available 24/7, but this was misleading.

the room felt HOT. I didn't find fans available to cool the space.

i noticed the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area seemed well-equipped, with twenty loungers available, with a shaded section for those avoiding direct sun. i think, overall, the facilities were pretty good.

The bed did not feature a plush mattress. i found it comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. fresh sheets added to the comfort. the shower worked perfectly, and i was especially pleased to see a grab rail installed correctly.

The window was drafty. New sealers would definitely improve the insulation. the noise outside by the bins was quite noticeable early in the morning. staff disposing of rubbish created a disturbance.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially with directions. my room had two complimentary bottles of water, which i found useful after a long drive (i actually drank both). i had no trouble with parking. There were many spaces available and it was close to the entrance.

the bathroom extractor fan wasn't working, the room got a bit steamy after a shower.

The breakfast offered good variety. I saw a buffet setup with lots of choices. i appreciated that the cafe area had plenty of seating, so finding a spot was never difficult, even during peak hours.

The hotel is located conveniently off the M1 motorway. This made access very easy. Nearby, I found a petrol station and several dining options. One Health hospital is also very close to the hotel.

The hotel offers complimentary WiFi. I had no issues connecting. Parking is available on the premises. I didn't have any problems finding a space. A lift is available . This gave easy access to higher floors.
