The room size was spacious for the kids to move around! we had two double beds. it was easy to find with ample car park space. the receptionist and staff were friendly. A breakfast option was offered, and the receptionist gave clear guidance to our room.
The disabled facilities were poor. The walk-in shower had a high step with no handrail, and the toilet was too low. there was only one chair in the room.

The breakfast has a great choice and gets regularly topped up. Staff are really good, and nothing seemed a trouble. The hotel is dog friendly. Charlie was lovely to meet. Staff is always available, a bonus.
The hotel is a little outdated and general areas could be cleaner.
