surprised by THE quality
freshly decorated roomhigh quality soapdelicious mealunemptied bin
the room was freshly decorated and larger THAN I anticipated. the provided soap and moisturiser dispensers were of high quality so i WAS actually surprised. our evening meal was delicious and well presented, and we didn't wait long even though they were busy.
the bin in the room had not been emptied from the previous occupant. some tiles in the bathroom were not totally clean. there was no hairdryer available in the room i stayed in.

the owners were lovely people and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. the communication was easy and professional, i pre-ordered our meals as there were quite a few of us, all served promptly.

the room had all the needed television channels available, including access to subscription channels. the beds are comfortable and clean, offering a restful experience. the room includes a wonderful free standing bath and separate shower.

off road parking was available, a welcome bonus with vehicles. the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. breakfast offered everything you could need, served promptly and in generous portions.

The room was excellent and it had a very fresh look. A super king bed was very comfortable! The staff members were very nice and gave a warm welcome to me. I managed to get the last car parking space on site, great.
The Wi-Fi was unusable in the room! though I found no mobile network either

the breakfast was excellent. it offered a good start to the day.
The bathroom cleanliness was lacking, unfortunately. the decor felt quite old fashioned and not in a charming way. It felt musty to me. i think some updates are necessary.
