“What struck me is the relaxed atmosphere and the warm welcome, enhanced by the bar's excellent selection of ales, and the modern comforts in a historic building; its location makes day trips to Warwick Castle convenient. The opportunity for live entertainment creates a vibrant environment, especially with the Stoneaged dining, which is a unique culinary draw, in my opinion. It's a pleasant place to stay.”

The White Swan Hotel offers spacious and well-maintained rooms with modern bathrooms, situated in an ideal location in Henley-in-Arden, next to a Coop supermarket and within a 25-minute drive to the NEC. Guests appreciate the bar area, where a great atmosphere and delicious food can be enjoyed, especially the steaks cooked on hot stones. Breakfast is included and described as delicious and plentiful; however, a few guests have mentioned occasional issues with service attentiveness in the restaurant. With real ale available and an outdoor garden with seating areas, the hotel provides good value for money.

charming stay!

super clean roomnew showerfriendly stafflocked door
the room was spotlessly clean. the bathroom had a fabulous new shower. i liked that the bar quieted down at exactly 11:30 pm. the staff was also lovely and friendly.
i arrived for a light snack and drinks after a walk. the front door was locked because of weather conditions. initially, we thought the pub was closed and i believe it needs to be better managed.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast is not available on site, however a little bakery just two doors down serves a really good breakfast. the staff there were very friendly. They were also helpful. this made my mornings easy.

the hotel is at a great location on the high street, ideal for exploring the area. the hotel offered ear defenders because church bells ring on the hour from 7am on sundays. i suggest packing earplugs.

the diamond suite features great value and very nice furnishings. the separate bathroom includes a big shower and bath, spacious enough for two people. i liked that staff answered a question promptly after researching it.

Decent Stay with Minor Issues

The staff provided a warm welcome. The manager upgraded me to the Diamond Suite. I liked the separate bathroom. It had a big walk-in shower. There were also plenty of complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee, and biscuits provided.
I was offered a discount at a local cafe. The room was very hot even with open windows. There was noise from drinkers outside and loud roof-mounted fans all night.

The location was very central. The staff were mostly helpful.
I found the stairs difficult to navigate especially with luggage. The noise from the street was quite loud. The single-glazed windows let in all the sound! There was a clock tower nearby that chimed frequently, disrupting my sleep.
