the staff helped in many ways. the food was amazing, from breakfast to the evening meal. i had a sunday roast which was wonderful and the chef should be proud.
the room need a spring clean. the towel rail was dusty and the lampshades had finger marks. both velux windows were very dirty.

I stayed in a double room. the car park had three chargers for electric cars. I found this very useful. my room was spacious and clean. the staff was very kind and helpful, and the check-in process was quick.
The room i stayed in was near the bar area. It was quite noisy when customers were outside smoking and chatting. it did disturb my sleep a little. i'd recommend asking for a room away from that area.

The hotel wasn't great. the emergency exit sign in the room was too bright. It kept me awake. also, i heard a staff member snoring loudly behind room 15. It was super distracting! i was really annoyed!

The staff welcomed me warmly! They gave excellent service throughout my stay. I booked a Double Room. It was spacious and well kept. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom. The car park was large and easy to access, a great convenience. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from.
The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak in certain parts of the room. It was a minor inconvenience.
