The room was quite large. the bed was great. It was very comfortable. i had access to tea and coffee facilities.
the staff member at the front desk early on was not friendly. they did not offer advice when i asked about changing before check-in. i found this unhelpful.

Staff were friendly upon arrival. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was included and I loved it! Free parking makes everything easier.
The centrally controlled aircon would not go below 21C. I found it too hot at night.

the breakfast selection rocks i found great variety. i saw fresh pastries, cereals. hot items. i also loved the room was clean. the super nice team, i got quick assistance when i needed it .
the gym was a tad small it had limited equipment.

The on-site parking was convenient and provided easy access to the hotel. It met my expectations.
The room's temperature control did not function adequately. I found myself unable to adjust the heating to a comfortable level. This made for an uncomfortably warm night. It affected the quality of my sleep negatively.
