Brian, the owner, is super kind and friendly! He were pretty good too help me. I could not have asked for a more wonderful host. The hotel is very nice and neat. Showers are great, and the beds are comfy. All the staff are lovely and friendly! I just reminded me of home!

i found parking easy. it was free. the breakfast was amazing. it felt cooked with love. the staff was so helpful. they seem a family. the location made exploring simple. it was central.

the location was fantastic practically next to the abbey. breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choices available. i especially loved the hot tasty full english breakfast. it really set me up for the day!

the breakfast was really good. i especially liked the bacon, it was cooked freshly. the parking at the back was quite handy. the hotel location is central, so it was accessible.
my room's shower didn't work. the staff knew about this issue from the previous guests, i found out. they never mentioned it to me when they gave me the room. extension leads were abundant in the bedroom, i noticed.

underwhelming stay, sadly
faulty showersqueaky floorboards
My room felt a bit neglected. The shower barely worked, i fiddled with it but just got a weak trickle. also, the floorboards! creaked like crazy with every step anyone took upstairs, and i swear i could hear every toilet flush. breakfast wasn't much better, they seemed short on eggs and gave me some weird potato thing instead of the two eggs everyone else got. nobody even bothered to tell me about the change, i just got the plate like that.
