the staff was helpful. the breakfast had plenty of choice. they quickly responded when i realized i lost my necklace in my room and safely returned it to me.

the hotel is a bit out of the way. the outside carpark needs full refurbishment. i found pictures in the brochure a bit misleading (they must be years old).

Wonderful Stay!

The staff was SOOOO friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them! The food was lovely, and they handled my food intolerances really well. I will DEFINITELY be back. The place was super clean and the bedrooms well equipped.

The menu had limited options, and some items were unavailable . It was a bit disappointing since I was looking forward to trying several dishes.

Rooms are very very comfy and tidy. I found everything easy to find. The room was great for a short stay and the size of the space was adequate. It had all the basic amenities.

The car park is very large, and parking was easy and convenient. This made accessing the hotel straightforward and stress-free. I did not experience difficulty finding a parking spot at any time .

The service was excellent at the bar. Staff members were polite, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. They couldn't do enough to, from the front desk to the restaurant staff and even housekeeping.

I found the evening dinner superb. the chef actually discussed the menu with us beforehand and suggested dishes. he described the kitchen garden and invited us to see it, which i did. the bedrooms were large. The beds were very comfortable, indeed.

I thought the curtains were poor. They allowed light into the room early, disturbing sleep. i suggest installing blackout curtains. This would ensure a better rest. the overall experience was positive, nonetheless.

The staff were very friendly. approachable, throughout the hotel. breakfast service saw sienna, our waitress, look after us beautifully. i commend their warmth and efficiency. It made a difference.

limited menu poor food quality

The outside appearance left much to be desired, I found the hotel a bit run-down on arrival. I requested daily cleaning however they missed cleaning the sink for 5 days. The dinner menu was very limited, and the food quality was lacking. I had to eat out because the food wasn't good, not ideal.

limited choice inconvenient checkout

The evening meal menu lacked choice. There were only about six options, including a burger and a toasted ham and cheese sandwich, this isn't fine dining. Bizarrely, drinks and meals could not be charged to the room for settlement on checkout. I have never experienced that before, and it was inconvenient.
