The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with a good variety (especially the sausage!). the location was ideal, very central. i found the staff cute and helpful. They assisted me with directions. the hotel also offered convenient car parking, a definite plus for me.

The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive. The breakfast offered a fantastic array of choices with tasty options. I found the location quite convenient , and it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The flower boxes definitely provided a nice aesthetic touch to the windows.

The live music on Saturday was quite loud until late , , made sleeping difficult.

the pub downstairs had really superb staff. i got a steak there and i think it was cooked perfectly. the chicken tikka flat bread was amazing to me. the staff are also very friendly, so i will defo be back soon, i hope.

the gps was difficult when i tried to find the location using post code.

my room had the facilities i expected. i seen there was tea, coffee, an iron, and a hair dryer. the beds were comfortable too. the ensuite was clean and tidy, and it looked recently refurbished, i feel.

the hotel is well situated for visiting the forth bridge and edinburgh, its a very good location. the hotel sits near the main road. there is a footpath around the gorgeous loch, it's a nice walk if you have time, i liked it.
