mixed feelings about the stay

breakfast quality small room

the location was acceptable, near transport links. the staff at reception worked fast.

The breakfast disappointed. the choice was wide, but the quality was poor. the meats looked dry. the juice tasted strongly of concentrate. It seemed diluted. the room size was small. the bathroom looked old.

good breakfast restored building close trams lacking colour missing table train noise

the breakfast was good. it had much variety i thought. staff were professional. the hotel restored this old bank building it seems. this is very close to restaurants and trams.

our room did not had much colour. also, there was no table or chair in room. we could hear trains passing it seems. it wasnt ideal.

convenient location short walk helpful staff small room no milk missing phone

The hotel was conveniently located, only a short walk from the train station. This made travel easy. The room was also very clean (a definite plus for me). I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

The room size was quite small for a 4-star hotel, I expected more space. Milk was not provided with the tea and coffee facilities in the room. there was no phone in the room to contact reception, a significant inconvenience.

The hotel's location was convenient. It was a short walk to the train station. I appreciated the opportunity to store my luggage before check-in. The breakfast selection was adequate.

My room lacked a chair. It also did not include a small table. The room was missing a bin besides the one in the toilet.

unwelcoming guys bland breakfast

the location was convenient to train stations and the city centre.

the two guys at reception was grumpy and unwelcoming to me. it was like i was an inconvenience, and none of my interactions with them were positive. i did not get the bed i booked even though it was confirmed. the breakfast also was bland.
