breakfast included diverse options and fresh fruit i tried local pastries they tasted amazing the room had blackout curtains ensured restful sleep even with early sunlight i slept very well. the hotel provided convenient luggage storage after checkout i explored the area without carrying bags this was a great help to me . I found the staff very helpful and quick to fix an issue with my room.

elevator access involved a few steps , made it slightly inconvenient with heavy luggage

I found the staff nice and helpful. I was allowed to check-in earlier and received a welcome drink with snacks from the restaurant. The beds were comfortable indeed. The hotel had a great location and the value for the money was appreciable.

The building is old so there is no air conditioning, which makes the rooms a bit hot sometimes.

The location is superb. It's just a short walk to all the main attractions. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. i especially appreciated the breakfast. There was a large variety of food!

the elevator was quite small, it was a bit inconvenient with luggage.

I appreciated the kind and helpful staff . Breakfast was AMAZING!!! and even those with lactose intolerance could find suitable options. I liked the building's unique style, the bar and reception area, and the peaceful garden space. The location is excellent. Major attractions are very close. the hotel remains in a quieter part of the city.

The shower in the bathroom reminded me of a senior type of equipment. watching TV was difficult. The network seemed insufficient.

I received complimentary prosecco upon arrival which was a nice touch. The medieval decor throughout the hotel is magnificent. My room was quite spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The park near the hotel had dark spots making walks at night a bit concerning.
