The hotel location is great, close to a metro station. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The staff members were helpful and friendly . My room was spacious and well-kept.

The sound isolation was not optimal, I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

The location was pretty good for accessing public transportation.

The room was DISAPPOINTING. The noise from the street was EXTREME. The breakfast was also underwhelming. The options were limited and not very fresh. I would have appreciated a quieter room and a better breakfast selection.

the hotel is near a tram stop. it made travel to the city center easy. the room featured a bidet in the bathroom (a nice surprise). the provided breakfast included scrambled eggs, meats, and fresh watermelon. i appreciated the comfortable bed after long days of walking.

the cleaning products had a strong scent. it lingered a bit longer than i preferred in the room.

shower leakbilling error

i found a couple of issues . the shower leaked onto the floor each time i used it, because the base of the shower doors did not seal properly (this created a safety hazard). also, the staff charged me twice for breakfast. it took a week of emails and my wife's return visit to resolve this billing error, and the staff were not initially very helpful. (the refund process was exhausting).
