useful location coffee machine

my standard double or twin room featured a coffee machine with capsules, i greatly appreciated that. the location near the river proved useful and tram stops were also close.

i noticed the christmas decorations were rather underwhelming.

The staff was really helpful and informative, a great help for travelling light! the location was superb. the hotel smelled lovely in all areas. Modern and clean, it was very inviting.

The breakfast buffet was a missed opportunity. i noticed a severe lack of serving tongs at breakfast. guests were using the same tongs for multiple dishes. I thought it was a concern. my sunglasses went missing . I was quite upset.
