supportive staff many parks impractical placement expected amenities

The staff seemed supportive. The location seemed suitable. I could just walk to many parks around the hotel.

I must point out, the kettle sat stored inside a wardrobe. Placement seemed rather illogical. It is far away from what amenities one would expect.

Underwhelming Stay. Expected More for the Price.

The location was fine, near public transport.

The room was far too hot, and the air conditioning didn't work at all. I asked for a bigger towel but the housekeeper bring exactly same size. Breakfast lacked vegan options. Only cut vegetables and hummus were available.

underwhelming stay.

limited equipment dated bathroom

The hotel advertised a fitness area on the rooftop. i found it rather small and not well-equipped. there were only a few machines and limited free weights. also, the promised city views from the fitness area were largely obstructed. the room needed updating. The furniture looked worn, and the bathroom fixtures looked dated. it was disappointing, especially considering the hotel's overall rating!

I found a couple of aspects less than satisfactory. The paid water in the room felt unnecessary. the television was not functional . I also noticed that some maintenance is needed in the bathroom. I did appreciate the varied breakfast options, but I feel that the lack of complimentary prosecco during the weekdays is a significant omission..

some issues , but decent stay overall

damaged light old room

the room wasn't great , especially given the price. the tv didn't work , which was annoying after a long day of travel. also , i found some damaged light in the bathroom , and the room needed a refresh. it felt a bit old and not up to par for what i expected.
