I tried to order room service, but the phone was put down TWICE. When it was eventually answered, the person was rude and hung up before I finished my request. It WASN'T great

the staff was friendly. the room i had was large. everything was impeccably clean. breakfast was enjoyable, and coffee was served in an individual thermos, strong, hot, and plentiful.
double windows are very well sound-insulating, but you essentially also cannot leave them open, as sometimes trucks drive through the narrow street in front of the hotel.

the staff was attentive and professional. the concierge facilitated an earlier check-in. i received two complimentary bottles of champagne, one on my first night and another on the next night. all requests were promptly addressed.

the hotel boasts a central location, close to many attractions. there are fabulous restaurants and wine bars on the doorstep. it was also very walkable to many areas. this makes it easy to explore.

i was pleased to find my room ready early , a welcome surprise after my travels. the spaciousness of my room was notable , and i appreciated that an iron was promptly delivered upon request. the quiet atmosphere ensured restful nights , and the bed offered excellent comfort. the hotel's central location made accessing attractions very easy.
during breakfast , i noticed the staff seemed focused on clearing tables quickly , and i wished they made more eye contact with guests.
