Acceptable stay, but some issues
mediocre air conditioning disappointing breakfast
The staff was helpful and the location was good.
The air conditioning barely worked. It was DIFFICULT to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was also disappointing. The quality of food was below what I expect at this price point.

I found the breakfast delicious. The staff was very helpful and readily available when I needed information. The hotel staff demonstrated a clear commitment to quality service throughout my stay. I also found the hotel's location very convenient.
I experienced an issue with the shower. The water pressure was noticeably low.

Charming Stay in a Central Location
central location fresh food well kept room
The hotel's location was very convenient. The breakfast offered many choices and the food was fresh.. especially the fruit. The room was always clean and well kept. I liked the classical style with modern updates.
The noise from the street was noticeable in my room. I could hear cars and people late into the night. It made it difficult to fall asleep initially.

My room included a king bed, a sitting area, and a large work desk. There was also a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks available for purchase and the bathroom had a separate tub and shower.

The breakfast buffet had a selection of hot and cold items, including eggs, bacon, pastries, and fruit. I also saw gluten-free options and the dining room had large windowswith natural light.

fantastic stay!
friendly staff large room
the staff was friendly. the room i had was large. everything was impeccably clean. breakfast was enjoyable, and coffee was served in an individual thermos, strong, hot, and plentiful.
double windows are very well sound-insulating, but you essentially also cannot leave them open, as sometimes trucks drive through the narrow street in front of the hotel.

the staff was attentive and professional. the concierge facilitated an earlier check-in. i received two complimentary bottles of champagne, one on my first night and another on the next night. all requests were promptly addressed.

the hotel boasts a central location, close to many attractions. there are fabulous restaurants and wine bars on the doorstep. it was also very walkable to many areas. this makes it easy to explore.

elegant hotel with really good service
early room prompt delivery quiet atmosphere central location
i was pleased to find my room ready early , a welcome surprise after my travels. the spaciousness of my room was notable , and i appreciated that an iron was promptly delivered upon request. the quiet atmosphere ensured restful nights , and the bed offered excellent comfort. the hotel's central location made accessing attractions very easy.
during breakfast , i noticed the staff seemed focused on clearing tables quickly , and i wished they made more eye contact with guests.
