The breakfast was nice. It included good options and healthy choices. The hotel interiors looked new and well-kept. The staff was helpful.

I noticed paint-like stains on the curtains, which needed cleaning! it was the only issue, the rest of the place was nice.

I found a great variety of food at breakfast! The hotel location near public transport was useful. I was really satisfied with the superior double or twin room and the price. The 24-hour reception allows check-in anytime. This is a plus.

The hotel lacks air conditioning. They provided floor fans though? Fortunately, it was not summer when I was there! The toilet seat had cracked. I had to put a plaster over it to protect from further injury.

The hotel room included a kettle for coffee and tea. A hair dryer and shower gel were available. I had a nice view from the 5th floor. I especially enjoyed the views in the morning.

The staff was very nice, especially Zuzanna. She was helpful. I appreciate her kindness and patience! I found her very efficient. The reception was very responsive to my requests.

The breakfast had one of the best spreads I have ever had in a hotel. The hotel is easy to reach by public transport or on foot. The location is great for a concert in Forum Karlin. I liked that it was nearby.
