the garden restaurant it was very beautiful. tarlan was a good waiter at the restaurant, he was very nice. bilel at the car parking service he was very friendly and punctual. i think they deserve to work at this place.

i expected more thoughtful amenities. there were some basic things that was missing, it included not enough hangers in the closet. it would be beneficial to have this detail addressed.

bilel, the doorman, greeted me at the uber and helped with my bags. he showed me how to use the thermostat and all the amenities in the room.

the staff closed the garden bar an hour earlier than advertised because they had a busy event earlier, sadly

Le Grill, the hotel restaurant, provided an EXCELLENT experience. Bodher and Tarlan, the waiting staff, were very professional during our service. The rooms were nice and neat, with nice walk-in showers. Olga at the front desk was particularly helpful with various requests.

I found the minibar offerings somewhat limited. The three Nespresso pods seemed scarce when compared to other hotels i have stayed at before. It would be nice to have a more generous supply.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, yet within easy walking distance of tourist sites. I found this location very convenient, great for both peaceful rest and exploration. The area felt safe and well kept.
