the lobby was quite pretty. the pool was big and refreshing. i liked that the hotel offered lemon and cucumber water in the lobby area. the breakfast options included gluten free bread, it was a nice touch.

The lights in my room were perplexing. i couldn't figure out how to operate them, and a broken fan emitted a very loud noise! despite assurances that a technician would arrive, no one ever looked. i was informed upon arrival that i received a room upgrade. It was the worst upgrade ever. at least some functional lighting would have been appreciated for the price i paid.
