awesome locationfriendly staff

the hotel's location blew my mind. paddington station and hyde park are so close! the friendly staff totally made my day every day. they were super helpful with directions and recommendations for local spots, like a boss.

the location proved convenient for accessing the tube and hyde park.

I encountered cleanliness issues . there was hair on the bed upon arrival. the room was also quite noisy because of the main road. This made it difficult to rest. i was frustrated with the handling of these issues.
