the hotel is conveniently located next to turnham green station, helpful for getting around! the staff was friendly and cute upon my arrival, and were efficient during check-in. i was grateful they readily addressed my questions providing clear, concise answers.
The noise from the nearby subway station was noticeable. I could hear trains early in the morning, and it sometimes interrupted my sleep.

The hotel's location is good, situated next to Turnham Green station. This allows quick access to central areas. I found the staff to be courteous .
The train noise was very noticeable. It continued late into the night and started again early in the morning. I also found the kettle was dirty.

i liked how close it was to the station. (turnham green is practically next door!) the staff were also friendly and cute. i appreciated the convenient location and it made getting around very easy. the bedding and towels were spotlessly clean.
The noise from the trains was pretty constant. I heard them until late at night. (earplugs are a must!) i also noticed some stains on the walls in the bathroom. This was a bit off-putting. some of the decor looked worn.
