my highland fling room was wonderfully decorated and nice. the staff was helpful. i appreciated the central location and ease of getting around.

Quirky and Convenient Stay

friendly staff convenient location quirky interior design

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was fantastic. It was easy to reach from Paddington. The interior design was also notably quirky. It gave the place a unique feel. I also appreciated that someone was available at reception around the clock.

The bathroom wasn't actually within the room. I needed to walk down the corridor to access the toilet and shower, quite inconvenient.

The hotel offers 24-hour reception. I found this reassuring, especially arriving late. The absence of a lift might be challenging for some guests with mobility issues. There's no on-site breakfast, but nearby options compensate well.

Charming Stay Near Paddington

excellent location helpful assistance unique themed rooms

The location is excellent for accessing Paddington Station. The staff offered helpful assistance with directions (this was very welcome). The themed rooms add character and uniqueness to the stay.

The shower was quite small. There's little room to move.

the interior had a lovely design, it reminded me of a stately home (it was really charming). paintings and antiques were on display throughout the hotel. i stayed in a 'single room' and it was great. it was the best budget hotel i've ever stayed in.

the room i booked was very small and the bathroom was tiny (i could barely move in it). the bathroom was also old, the shower head holder was broken. the lighting was bad in both the room and the bathroom.

I appreciated the helpful staff upon my arrival. the location proved convenient, particularly for accessing paddington station. i liked the 'olde worlde' decor. It added character. the ensuite facilities were generally fine.
