the location provided good access to transport and nearby shops.

the room i received initially had poor wi-fi, which i needed for work. i had to request a room change, the staff hesitated. even after changing rooms, i could only connect using my mobile data. also, the coffee machine was out of service one morning after i had already paid for breakfast.

the staff was helpful. the location was close to the tube station.

My room was tiny and felt claustrophobic, especially since there wasn't a window. i felt a bit trapped. also, the coffee machine at breakfast was broken. I only got hot water, pretty sad for the price i paid.
