convenient location polite staff faulty door poor soundproofing
The location is quite convenient. It is approximately seven minutes by foot to Glories metro station. The staff members were both polite and helpful.
The bathroom door did not properly close. This was somewhat inconvenient. I also noticed the room seemed to lack sufficient soundproofing. I could distinctly hear noises from adjacent rooms.

helpful staff locked room early check-in
i found the staff helpful and friendly. They stored my bags in a locked room upon my early arrival. The reception staff checked me in early after preparing a room. This was appreciated after i hadn't slept well.
sound isolation was very poor i heard noises from the corridor.

I found my room always clean. Staff were amazing and quickly addressed all questions I have. The location provides easy access to attractions. I also appreciated the available public transportation options nearby.
The sound isolation wasn't great. I did hear noise from the corridor and other guests.

the location was great. it was a short walk to restaurants. the room was simple and clean, which i appreciated. check-in and check-out were very friendly processes.
i found no iron available. there was neither an iron in the room, nor access to one elsewhere at the hotel.

the room had both shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. the beds were comfortable. the bathroom was good with all the essentials provided. the room had five beds, very practical.

convenient location friendly staff working air conditioning small room improper bathroom door thin walls
the location was convenient for visiting the sagrada familia. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool.
the room was quite small for the price i paid the bathroom door was a sliding one but it did not close properly. i could hear people using the elevator as my room was next to it
