the location was acceptable, near some coffee places.
The person at the reception during the first night was not helpful at all. also, the hotel didn't seem very well-kept. I spotted hair everywhere in the toilets, and the bathtub looked quite dirty. it barely reminded me of a four-star experience (more like a two-star one).

the room was quite spacious and clean. the staff were helpful with directions! the location allowed easy access to bus stops.
the walls were thin, and noise was audible from neighboring rooms. i heard dogs barking periodically at night.

the television did not work i reported this problem but it was never resolved. additionally the bathroom lacked basic amenities such as shampoo. the lack of these items detracted from the experience i expected from a hotel of this rating.
