i found the location quite convenient. i could easily reach the hotel from the train station. a restaurant next door served delicious local food. the staff was very courteous and cute at the reception.

the main air conditioning was not working i received a portable unit instead the room was still very hot i wish this had been addressed more promptly i also noticed that the sheets weren't changed after 3 days despite the assurance of cleanliness i found this a bit disappointing.

The reception operates 24 hours that is wonderful the staff lent me a plug for my phone. I also received advice on how to get to the laundry plus they ordered my taxi for early pickup. The room was excellent it was comfortable and clean every item I needed was there.

My room include a big king size bed and I find it very comfort. The shower room also had a spacious area, it was easy to move around. Reception is open all day. This is helpfull in case of late arrivals. They provide free water when you arrive, that's a nice touch.

I asked for an invoice when I arrived, and they promised to print it. I asked again when leaving, and they promised to send it by email, and it was sent. It is a shame that the staff don't speak to each other. I needed to wait for a thing that should be automatic.

A coffee machine is in the lobby, it offered coffee and snacks all day and night. The hotel also has a pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. This facility is a good addition .
