fantastic stay near everything!

i found the local staff very helpful and responsive , which i super appreciated after a long day. the hotel felt a bit older , but it was definitely clean , which is always my top priority. the location is awesome , with tube stations within easy walking distance , so getting around was easy!

the walls seemed a little thin , and i could sometimes hear noise from other rooms , so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

I did not receive check-in information I had to call and send my ID by email. The process felt disorganized I had to wait outside until I got the passcode. This caused unnecessary stress
