“While promising a blend of Art Deco design and modern amenities near Heathrow, reports suggest a concerning disconnect between its advertised luxury and the actual guest experience. The presence of asylum seekers appears to overshadow the intended atmosphere, and facility closures further detract from the value. It seems that a considerable gap exists between the hotel's aspirations and its current reality.”

A Pleasant Surprise!

spacious suite convenient location

I got upgraded to a suite, and it had three huge rooms! It was very comfy and tidy. Free parking was great, also the location is convenient with local access near Hounslow West Station.

The restaurant, spa, and pool were closed. I wish I knew this when I booked. The corridors smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I hope they can improve this.
