i stayed in a suite, and it was nice i could use the lounge area after work. it's better than just sitting on the bed all the time. the three rooms were big and clean. the suite felt comfortable too. free parking was available and i found it easy to access.

i did wait a bit during check out while security checked the room for damage.

the room was a classic double room. the room size was good, and the free wifi worked fine. free parking was available and easy to access. it made logistics simpler.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors. the gym was closed. This was unexpected. it was a shame not to be able to use it. the restaurant was closed too

A Pleasant Surprise!

I got upgraded to a suite, and it had three huge rooms! It was nice and neat. Free parking was great, also the location is convenient with local access near Hounslow West Station.

The restaurant, spa, and pool were closed. I wish I knew this when I booked. The corridors smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I hope they can improve this.
