I found the hotel team very attentive, especially Derek. He. My room overlooked a beautiful garden, a lovely light feature! The large garden pond had koi carp that looked magical when lit at night. The shower was excellent and I want the same one at home.
The hotel is located near a busy road so I did notice some traffic noise, though it was not too disruptive.

the shower was excellent.
I stayed in room 5 and noise was a problem. I could hear people walking on squeaky floorboards above and outside the room, the road traffic was also very audible. the internet bandwidth was insufficient for streaming.
