convenient stay

helpful staff spacious room sparkling water

the staff at check-in was super helpful. my room was spacious and clean. i also really appreciated the water fountains with sparkling water on every floor.. this helped me stay hydrated .

the hotel lacked a bar in the lobby.

the hotel is near tram stops, giving easy access to the old town. i found bus access to Èze nearby. the smaller train station is close to the hotel, so getting around was easy.

dust accumulation noise disturbance

The staff proved friendly and helpful upon arrival. (That's always a good start.)

I found the room cleanliness disappointing. I saw dust accumulating in corners. The lack of window insulation also let street noise disrupt sleep.

mixed experience with noticeable issues

unexpected deposit refund delay

the rooftop pool provided a welcome amenity.

The hotel charged a deposit upon arrival. i was not informed about this policy beforehand. It amounted to €25 per day. it is inconvenient, especially when not expected. i have not yet received my refund even after being told it would be processed at check out.
