The staff were very attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. I was really surprised to find a king size bed in my room. The bathroom was spacious. It had underfloor heating and a powerful shower. The view from the ground floor window was amazing.
I found that the walls of the room were dirty. That was unexpected.

Wonderful Stay with Fine Views

The room faced the sea and I enjoyed the constant sound of running water. It really helped me fall asleep quickly. The bedding was soft. I found the shower warm. I was provided fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The check-in process was easy, and breakfast offered a wide selection of hot food and drinks.
The parking area can be tight when the hotel is fully booked, especially with larger vehicles.

i enjoyed the location overlooking the river and harbour. the views were fine. the friendly staff were very accommodating. the food at their sister hotel was also very good.
the limited parking filled up quickly , forcing me to find alternative parking nearby.

the room was very comfy and tidy displaying distinct character. i had a heated towel rail in the shower. the sound of the river was very relaxing. complimentary toiletries were provided.

the staff provided easy check-in. breakfast had plentiful hot options with many choices for both adults and children. i was able to leave my car at the hotel even after checking out, which i thought was very convenient.

The location was convenient and had good access to nearby points of interest.
Upon arrival, I found that the hotel was undergoing re-roofing. Scaffolding surrounded the building including my room window and there was no one available at the reception desk.

The room included a comfortable bed and soft bedding. I had a river view from my room. The check-in process was easy and straightforward. Breakfast offered plenty of choice of food and drinks.
Parking was limited when the hotel was full. Some parking spaces were quite tight to maneuver into. I noticed the hotel seemed a bit understaffed. The windows were also hard to open.
