My visit was lovely! The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I booked dinner, bed and breakfast, and I thought it was good value. New Year's Eve was a fun party. I also found adequate parking out front. That was a big plus.

The key had to be returned and collected each time I left the hotel. This felt slightly old fashioned.

The hotel was impeccably clean. the waiting service and food were excellent. our room was fresh and the en-suite bathroom was sparkling clean. It was one of the cleanest hotels i have ever stayed in. i would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

i was told off by the night manager for requesting more milk for tea. apparently i whispered which was humiliating. i don't expect that when paying a high nightly rate.

Breakfast was of a good standard and i only wish i had eaten there in the evening. the hotel obviously uses high quality ingredients. The food was fresh, well-prepared and appealing.

Staff are friendly and helpful. the staff members provided quick and thorough responses to all requests. all staff members were knowledgeable about the hotel facilities. They were also able to make helpful suggestions about things to do nearby.
