Guests often appreciate the spacious and clean rooms, some of which include comfortable sofa beds. The hotel's location provides easy access to the town centre and is a good starting point for exploring the South West Coast Path. Many find the breakfast delicious and individually prepared, although a few guests have noted that attic rooms may involve navigating several flights of stairs, which could be challenging.

the room got very hot. the narrow stairs were dangerous. it was hard to get my foot on them.

The room included a sofa bed. I did not need the additional sleeping capacity, but it provided a comfortable seating area. Breakfast was great. The serving staff was pleasant and efficient. The location is ideal for exploring the local area.
The advertisement for the room requires a proper re-advertisement. I think the description of the attic room is misleading. The stairs were very narrow. The weather made the room unbearably hot.
