Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's location, especially its proximity to Launceston Castle and the beautiful surrounding valleys. Many highlight the spacious rooms and find it a pleasant surprise to have bottled water in the fridge, while others enjoyed the views from their rooms. The breakfast, often featuring locally sourced food, is a highlight for many, even though a few guests would have appreciated a wider variety of options like cereal or yogurt alongside the cooked breakfast.
