The George, an 18th-century townhouse, offers sixteen boutique bedrooms. Single rooms are equipped with essentials and a refurbished en-suite bathroom. Double rooms have views of the town square. Deluxe Double rooms feature modern en-suites. Rooms include a hairdryer, tea and coffee, a shower, breakfast, a Smart Television, free Wi-Fi, free parking and bathroom items. Dog-friendly rooms are available for an additional charge.

Dining options

The Coffee Lounge serves Union Coffee 'Revelation,' Clipper teas, and hot chocolate, plus cakes, such as carrot cake and cream teas. The bar serves ales, such as Doom Bar, Thirst of Many, and Mainbrace, plus Wicked Wolf Gin, Salcombe Gin, Atlantic Gin, and Black Cow Vodka from local distillers, in addition to national favorites. Guests can order from Pagoda Wok, The Bengal Tiger, and Chip & Fin for dining in their own dining room. Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
