Rooms
The Atlantic Hotel has 42 bedrooms, including single, double, twin, and family options. Rooms are available in standard, superior, and deluxe configurations. Most rooms feature sea views and en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower. Tan carpeting, cream walls, white sheets, and bed runners/throw pillows in gold, green, or navy are standard. Some units have seating areas. Deluxe rooms include bathrobes, slippers, and mineral water. The Ocean room has a private terrace with a Jacuzzi, a super king-sized bed, a cuddle sofa and chairs, a dining table and chairs, luxury Temple Spa toiletries, hot beverage facilities, a smart TV, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, champagne and fruit on arrival, and alcoholic/soft drinks. There is one ground-floor room for disabled guests. This room contains a king-sized bed and a single bed, plus a wet room with grab rails in the shower and next to the toilet.
Dining Options
The Breakfast Room is located on the Ground Floor. Lunches and evening meals are served on the Lower Ground Floor, accessible by lift. The Salt Cellar Restaurant, independently owned, is in the basement.
Leisure & Entertainment
Guests can use the newly refurbished health spa, which features an indoor heated saltwater swimming pool, spa bath, steam room, and heated loungers. A cliffside garden, landscaped with a large terrace and seating, provides views of South Beach, Caldey Island, Castle Hill, and St Catherine's Island. A stone stairway leads from the garden to South Beach.
Location & Transportation
The Atlantic Hotel is on the Esplanade in Tenby, overlooking South Beach and near the town center. Swansea is 95 km away. The train and bus stations are approximately 0.5 miles from the hotel. Reception can pre-order taxis. A car park with limited spaces for 27 cars and CCTV is in the adjacent street, about 84 meters from the front entrance. There is also a rear entrance available for disabled guests, about 39 meters from the car park.
Services
Reception is located on the Ground Floor and is open Monday to Friday at 10 AM. Room service is available for continental breakfast. The hotel can trace all guests under the current Test, Trace, and Protect scheme. The hotel is equipped with a fire system with audible sounders. A vibrating pager is available from Reception on request to alert the Guest of possible fire.
