mediocre stay with some letdowns

non-functioning hammam cancelled massage

I encountered issues with the spa. i went to the spa expecting both a hammam and a sauna, but only the sauna worked. nobody informed me of this beforehand. Then i tried to book massages, but the hotel's masseuse could not come until 6:00 pm. i waited only to find out ten minutes before the appointment that she canceled. the staff did not even apologize.

charming stay indeed

superb location efficient service prompt handling welcome surprise

the location was superb i went to see local markets and they were within walking distance. the tram stop was right outside the hotel entrance i never waited long. the room service was quick and efficient my requests were handled promptly. the complimentary tram tickets were a very welcome surprise i found them useful.

The street noise was noticeable particularly early in the morning. it didn't severely disrupt my sleep.

the restaurant provided excellent cuisine the breakfast buffet was diverse and abundant. fresh pastries were available daily the coffee was rich and flavorful. service was attentive and the ambience inviting.

my beautiful room included a mini-bar with soft drinks it was replenished daily. the bed linens were high quality and soft i slept soundly. the room featured blackout curtains ensuring complete darkness there was little disturbance.

the hotel has a gym i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a business center offering printing and scanning services. the front desk offered quick assistance with directions and other inquiries.

the breakfast buffet Had a VARIETY of choices.

the train was super DISTURBING at night. i couldn't sleep well due to the constant noise. also, dragging luggage 750m from parking to the hotel entrance felt too long. the six steps up to reception with heavy bags added to the UNCOMFORTABLENESS.

The staff was helpful. They responded quickly to my requests. The room had a stocked mini-bar. I appreciated the provided public transport card. The location is central. Many attractions were within walking distance.

The tram noise at night was a little disturbing. Light sleepers should be aware.

convenient location modern design lot of noise quiet room

the location was excellent. it was very convenient to walk around, and many trolley bus lines were just in front of the building. the hotel was nicely decorated with a modern design (i loved the minimalist aesthetic).

i found there to be a lot of noise. the staff tried to find a quiet room, but it was still noisy (i am a light sleeper).

the room was modern and spacious it had excellent lighting. I really liked the separate toilet and the comfortable bed.
