The Glendower Hotel enjoys a great location, especially convenient for ferry travelers and those arriving by train, with the train station and bus stop to St Davids nearby. Many guests appreciate the inclusive English breakfast, including freshly prepared mushrooms, and the convenience of having tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, replenished daily. The hotel also features a bar/pub on the ground floor, a plus for evening relaxation, and while some found aspects of the hotel a little dated, its location and facilities like the pool table are generally considered highlights.

Decent stay, some minor issues

friendly staffvariety of optionsconvenient locationdated decormould issuebed quality
The staff were very friendly and cute. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast included a good variety of options. The location is very convenient for accessing the ferry. They could not do enough for me and were accommodating.
The decor seemed a little dated. I found mould around the windows and handles in the room. The room could generally do with an update. The bed could have been better.

a serene escape

pembrokeshire coasttraditional breakfastrubber ducksmould
The location on the pembrokeshire coast path was ideal for walks. It felt so connected to nature. i enjoyed a relaxing beer outside after a day of exploration and the rose & crown across the road served a tasty traditional breakfast! the little rubber ducks placed with our towels were such a sweet, fun touch. It added a sense of whimsy.
i noticed the room could use a little updating generally, especially around the windows, as there were some signs of mould.

the bathroom window was faulty. it would not close properly. this was during a particularly cold night. i found the replacement toilet seat ill-fitting. it was far too small for the toilet itself.
