the staff was polite. i arrived quite late, but they still was nice. the room was large, and the beds were super comfy. the staff helped arrange taxi service for me!
the tap in the basin had a small trickle of hot water. it was not fixed . i could only use cold water.

i really enjoyed the enhanced garden since the new ownership (such a peaceful spot!). the staff were very friendly and cute. the rooms are really clean. the location is great, close to both the cycle path and the sea.
the tv in my room was a bit small.

i received a warm welcome upon arrival. the staff was friendly and quick when i needed assistance with my luggage. i found it helpful that they pointed out the quickest way to the train station. the breakfast was very good with excellent service.
the basin tap produced only a small trickle of hot water, a problem that persisted during my entire stay

The room felt quite outdated. The wallpaper was peeling in several spots, and the furniture seemed worn. I also noticed the radiator wouldn't turn off. This made it difficult to sleep well at all.

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. they really went out of their way to assist me. breakfast was also good. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly, and the porridge was great.
The hot water in my basin tap barely trickled. it remained like that for my entire stay, so i could only use cold water. i also found an old antibiotic tablet on the bathroom floor when i arrived. It stayed there throughout my stay. wifi access was unavailable for two and a half days, quite frustrating.
